NETWORK FOR ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT LEARNING THROUGH SEWING FOR GIRLS

The Samira Empowerment and Humanitarian Project(SEHP) in collaboration with Ghana Export and Import Bank (GEXIM) on Monday, August 2 organized a one (1) day career event network for enterprise development learning through sewing for girls in the Municipality. SEPH is a non-profit organization founded with the purpose of engaging in effective and diverse social intervention projects aimed at contributing significantly to the advancement of the standard of living of Ghanaians. Its main objective is to improve the livelihood of 2000 underprivileged females through fashion related vocational training and enterprise development and to provide qualified workers for the fashion industry.

The program was launched in the Municipality with the Municipal Chief Executive in attendance. He expressed his gratitude to the SEPH officials for bringing this initiative to the Municipality to help the young girls.
