Management Information Systems unit is a unit under the Central Administration of the Ayawaso Central Municipal Assembly. With the coming into existence of the LI 1961 which seeks to optimize and operationalize the decentralized departments, M.I.S remains one of the essential units in the daily Administration at the Assembly due to technological needs.

The unit core mandate is to collect, Analyze and Manage Information to support the Development, Management and implementation of polices programs and services of the Assembly. The Management Information Systems has the sole responsibility for efficient running of all Information Technology resources of the Assembly. In this regard MIS ensures that Information is available to all departments and units when the need arises.
